The family of Dlamini from Ntuzuma D (Lindelani), north of Durban, has appealed to the community for assistance in locating 26-year-old Sandile Mandlenkosi Dlamini.

In a Facebook post, dated 9 May 2021, a community member Sizwe Skhosana said that Sandile was last seen on Tuesday, 4 May 2021.

“Family of Dlamini from section C, are appealing to anyone who has saw Sandile, to come forward with the information that can assist in locating him,” the post reads.

Family member and brother of Sandile, Smiso Dlamini said the whole family is worried about him and wished to know whether he is still alive or not.

“Sandile was last seen on Tuesday, last week, at home,” said Smiso.

Smiso said prior his disappearance, Sandile had been allegedly attacked by angry community mob, accusing him of stealing some items.

“We have asked his friends about his whereabouts, but they said they do not know. And we have gone to police in Ntuzuma Island to report him as a missing person and they suggested us to search him in hospitals as they are appealing to the community to assist with information to find him,” Smiso added.

Another family member, Lovely Dlamini said her brother was wearing a black t-shirt with a black jean and blue snickers.

Meanwhile, the family of Dlamini has urged anyone with information regarding Sandile’s whereabouts to contact them on 076 782 8624 or Sizwe Skhosana on 071 246 8088.
